Each oyster is handpicked in the Low Country, cleaned, then painted with a gold acrylic paint and then sealed with a clear acrylic finish. Each oyster has its own unique shape, size, and color and there are no two exactly alike. The necklace measures about 17.5 inches long. The necklace is made with 8mm natural/white wood beads, 4 10mm gold wood beads, 4 12mm blue and white chinoiserie beads, and 1 18mm large blue and white chinoiserie bead.
